This ensures that all content is freely available without any charge to the user or their institution. Users have the liberty to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without needing prior permission from the publisher or the author. This policy is in full compliance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access.

• APC Amount: An Application Processing Charge of $150 is applied to each publication. This fee is required to cover the costs associated with the editorial and publication process.
• Coverage of Costs: The APC helps cover expenses such as peer review management, journal production, online hosting, long-term archiving, and ensuring that published research is accessible globally.
• Payment Timing: The APC is due after manuscript acceptance but before publication. This fee ensures that all necessary processes for publication are funded.
• Use of Funds: Funds collected from APCs are reinvested into the publishing platform to enhance the quality of the publication services, support technological advancements, and expand the reach and impact of the research published.
